Description

Take charge of customer satisfaction as a Customer Success Manager focusing on EFX solutions. This role emphasizes optimizing customer journeys, driving adoption, and enhancing value realization.
In your position as Customer Success Manager, you will optimize the customer experience from acquisition to the full realization of value. Managing post-sale steps and ensuring strong communication with clients are central to your role. You will create customer success plans and partner with Account Executives to drive reviews, impacting customer advocacy and satisfaction.
