Our client is seeking a relationship-oriented and strategically minded Director of Client Success to support key transit agency partnerships across the US. This individual will serve as a senior interface between the client organization and internal teams across sales, delivery, technical operations, and executive leadership.
The role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, public transportation, and long-term customer strategy. The Director of Client Success will help strengthen trusted relationships with agency stakeholders, support strategic account development, and ensure clients experience a coordinated and responsive partnership.
