 :Quoting customers & providing product information
Customer order entry & order management
Customer account resolution & credit disposition
Customer returns & warranty management
Customer communication & training
Support customer special projects & programs
Collaborate effectively with other functions such as sales, supply chain & operations
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) 
3+ years of customer support/customer service
3+ years’ experience with ERP systems such as SAP
Ability to handle high pressure situations
Experience with Excel and other Microsoft office tools
Experience working independently
Australian PR and above
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) 
Effective communication skills
Experience with Smartsheets
