Drive the transition to Workday as a Senior Cutover Lead in a remote or hybrid capacity. Lead a national ERP transformation project, ensuring seamless legacy system integration and operational readiness.
Our public sector client requires a Cutover Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive cutover strategy. You will engage with multiple teams and have visibility across leadership while managing the end-to-end cutover plan. Experience in enterprise system migrations and familiarity with Workday or similar platforms is crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage the end-to-end cutover strategy • Define cutover runbooks, timelines, and dependencies • Establish go/no-go criteria and readiness checkpoints • Coordinate activities among IT, business leads, and vendors • Ensure alignment for Day 1 operations in Workday
