Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor security alerts to identify critical system or data impacts and provide remediation guidance to clients.
• Respond to escalated security alerts received from Tier 1 analysts, conduct investigations, and notify clients.
• Investigate alerts/incidents, analyse attack methods, research new defence techniques, tools, and document procedures.
