Job Summary
Act as Technical Engineering Manager on complex/critical hyperscale Data Center Facility components taking full ownership of all engineering activities undertaken by product and discipline engineers. Work closely with Sales, Project Manager, other Project Services, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Plant to execute the Product Delivery / Project in accordance with the as sold requirement and Client expectations within discipline domain of mechanical and structural. Manage a team of engineers with multi-discipline engineering backgrounds. Lead or oversee all mechanical and structural technical activities and discussions within Team, Project, or Product Line. Responsible for facilitating the integration of new team members as workload demands increase. Mentor engineers within team and provide training to others as required.
