DCN Project Engineering Manager

Job Summary

• Act as Technical Engineering Manager on complex/critical hyperscale Data Center Facility components taking full ownership of all engineering activities undertaken by product and discipline engineers.
• Work closely with Sales, Project Manager, other Project Services, Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing Plant to execute the Product Delivery / Project in accordance with the as sold requirement and Client expectations within discipline domain of mechanical and structural.
• Manage a team of engineers with multi-discipline engineering backgrounds.
• Lead or oversee all mechanical and structural technical activities and discussions within Team, Project, or Product Line.
• Responsible for facilitating the integration of new team members as workload demands increase.
• Mentor engineers within team and provide training to others as required.
