**Introduction**
We are seeking a skilled Software Change Manager (SCM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support application migration projects utilizing IBM’s DBB/Git/IDD Solutions. The SME will play a key role in guiding clients through the Endevor (and other SCMs) DBB/GIT/IDD conversion process, providing technical expertise, hands-on migration support, and training delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong z/OS and mainframe background, experience in application development or system programming, and proven customer interfacing and troubleshooting skills within migration environments.
**Your role and responsibilities**
* Articulate strategic vision for modernizing to IBM's Git/DBB solution with clear business benefits
* Architect DevOps pipeline using Git, IBM DBB for intelligent mainframe builds, and automated deployment
* Assess current legacy SCM workflows and design migration path to Git with IBM DBB
* Lead and support SCMs to DBB/GIT/IDD migration projects.
