Design Team Leader, Accessories Development (Valcourt)

We are looking for a Design Team Leader who will report to the Project Manager to help us lead a design team passionate about motorsports and driven by innovation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a manager for all designers in your group to ensure the team's objectives are met.
• Oversee the execution of design activities in accordance with best practices, such as technical drawings, bills of materials, digital models, and other documentation.
• Ensure the professional development of each member of the team.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure product development and on-time delivery of tooling and components.
• Monitor and establish KPIs based on departmental objectives.
• Influence and contribute to the department's strategies and direction with a focus on continuous improvement.
