We are currently seeking a Deskside Technician - FTR - Duncan to join our team in Duncan, British Columbia (CA-BC), Canada.

Purpose of Position

The Deskside Technician provides on-site and remote information systems technology assistance and resolution of routine and non-routine problems.

Accountabilities

• Receives, reviews, and completes service requests.
• Resolves technical problems transferred from the Service Desk that require an onsite presence.
