The Development Manager leads the execution, quality, and evolution of software development with different Systems by guiding engineering teams, shaping technical practices, and translating product vision into reliable, secure, and scalable solutions. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with people, process, and project management, working closely with the CTO, product stakeholders, and distributed development teams to deliver high-quality software. The Development Manager oversees code quality, release management, Dev Ops practices, and the thoughtful adoption of AI-driven development approaches while supporting a fully remote, globally distributed team.
