Position Summary

The Dietitian supports resident health and well‑being through personalized nutrition assessments, menu planning, and dietary care. Working with the care team, this role ensures residents receive safe, balanced, and enjoyable meals that promote overall wellness and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Develops and monitors nutrition care standards, including menus for residents on regular and therapeutic diets.
• Consults with residents and the care team regarding dietary habits, therapeutic diets and overall nutrition.
• Conducts move‑in and routine resident assessments in accordance with organizational policy.
• Documents assessments, dietary evaluations and consultations in resident health care records.
• Attends resident care conferences and high‑risk meetings as needed.
