Director Comercial

The Commercial Director designs and leads our strategy in the different channels (Retail and B2B) of the Central American region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Fulfill sell out and sell in the different territories.
- Set sales targets by area and country
- Co-responsible for competitive pricing in the region to achieve the ideal volume and mix targets to meet the financial Indicators of revenue and EBIT
- Ensure with the commercial and extended team, the correct execution of the commercial model through processes, procedures and best practices to maximize sales in the different channels
- Establish priorities according to the needs of each market and market
- Responsible for the commercial specification of new projects that feed the sales pipeline
- Follow-up and accompaniment to the division's main customers
