Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
:Provides executive oversight in developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures that safeguard aircraft reliability and maintain the highest standards of aviation safety.
Oversee all aspects of KASI, a operation & NWG, a US Part 91 operation.
Manage fleet of approximately 13 aircraft.
Coordinate teams responsible afor multiple functions including aircraft maintenance, crew scheduling, load control, equipment scheduling, project coordination.
Maintain and revise the Company Operations Manual in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and best practices.
Ensure company operations are conducted in accordance with current regulations, standards and the Company Operations Manual.
Be responsible for ensuring trained and qualified personnel are employed for all flight operation teams. Including the development and management of crew training programs.
