Director of Digital Platforms & Architecture

Location: 530 West Broadway, Vancouver BC, Canada  Core hours: Monday to Friday from 8am – 4:30pm PST We value collaboration, both in-person and remotely.

This position is classified as Hybrid under our Hybrid Work Program Policy, where this position is required to be onsite 4 days per week.

Role Summary As the Director of Digital Platforms & Architecture, you will be responsible for end-to-end solution design, enterprise architecture, and technical governance across Eminence’s digital and core enterprise platforms.

In this role, you will contribute towards long-term strategic technology planning while simultaneously ensuring a high standard of operational execution, ensuring the Eminence technology ecosystem is scalable, secure, and aligned to business strategy—while improving processes, preventing technical debt, and accelerating the organization’s ability to deliver change.
