Director of Engineering

Our client, a leader in the North American food processing industry, is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive capital strategy, project execution, technical innovation, and continuous improvement across a large-scale manufacturing and supply chain network.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, this role will lead the capital investment portfolio, oversee major engineering projects, and identify innovative technologies that enhance operational performance, efficiency, safety, quality, and reliability.

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute capital investment programs.

Lead strategic engineering and continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage relationships with external engineering firms, equipment suppliers, and technology partners.

Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives.
