Position Overview: We’re hiring an Engineering Director to lead a team of 10–20 engineers building scalable, production-grade systems.

This is a newly created role reporting to the SVP of Engineering.

It combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight—you’ll set direction, elevate engineering standards, and drive delivery.

This is a hybrid role based in our Markham, Ontario office.
