Position Summary

Reporting to the Division President, the Director of Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless production and delivery in a dynamic environment. The ideal applicant must be a seasoned professional, adept at optimizing end-to-end manufacturing processes and a strategic leader focused on efficiency, quality, and cost‑effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Safety

• Work closely with the safety manager and branches to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and continuous development of safety standards and processes.
• Ensure management support and compliance with fleet, site, facility, training, meetings, communications, HS committee’s and monthly requirements.
• Assist in the development of new processes and policies to maintain a safe and healthy workplace for all staff.
