Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the full management of food service operations and for leading large teams. More specifically, you will:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 4 supervisors and approximately 100 unionized associates, fostering a cooperative and performance-driven work environment.
  • Supervise, train, and support teams in a constantly evolving operational context, with a focus on service standards, daily execution of SOPs, and the guest experience.
  • Ensure strict adherence to established service standards and specifications in order to optimize the guest experience.
  • Manage all operational activities, including budget planning, financial management, weekly results analysis, and compliance with internal and client standards.
