Director, Project Finance - Corporate, Infrastructure and Project Finance Group - TOR (Toronto)

Fitch Ratings North America Corporate, Infrastructure and Project Finance Group is currently seeking a Director based out of our New York, Chicago, or Toronto office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, execute, and rate infrastructure and project finance transactions, particularly those related to energy and power assets in the US and Canada.
• Lead ratings analysis and research on new and existing North American transactions.
• Evaluate innovative credit structures and participate in global criteria development.
• Identify relevant trends, assess their credit impact, and highlight these trends in industry and market‑focused reports and presentations.
• Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data and legal documents to produce ratings, publish credit reports, and contribute to special research reports.
