About the Role
Department: Raw Materials Development Reports to: Raw Materials Location: North Vancouver, BC Responsibilities
Lead the strategic development and execution of Arcteryx’s raw materials development roadmap, aligned with product, circularity, and supply chain strategies. Coach, mentor, and inspire Raw Materials Development people leaders and technical leaders, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive innovation in raw materials to support product performance, environmental impact reduction, and scalability. Oversee the implementation of raw materials development processes that align with seasonal calendars and long‑term planning. Manage the budget and resource planning for the Raw Materials Development team, including internal staff and external contractors.
