Key Responsibilities

• Inspire and grow discipleship initiatives church‑wide
• Recruit and mentor Life Group leaders regularly
• Facilitate the launch of vibrant Life Groups
• Organize training seminars for faith development
• Act as a pastoral caregiver for community events

Requirements

• Solid biblical character aligned with elder qualifications
• Seminary education or relevant experience
• Exceptional organizational and teaching skills
