We are seeking an Intermediate Product Manager to join the Disney Dreamlight Valley team in Montreal, Quebec.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end, from paper concept to final delivery — tracking development throughout and testing them yourself, acting as the producer of your own projects.
• Collaborate with the Producer and Creative Director to define and develop aspects of the monetization strategy; contributing to the overall vision.
• Work closely with design and production teams throughout the different phases of the game lifecycle to define features that impact monetization, and advocate for data‑driven decisions.
• Mentor and support junior members of the production team involved in monetization topics, providing guidance and best practices.
