Dock Worker - Part Time

We are looking for a qualified candidate to manage operations and provide excellent customer service. The role requires a college or CEGEP certificate or diploma from a 1‑2 year program, a criminal record check, and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant's profits
• Evaluate daily operations
• Train staff
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
