In this position, you will oversee all Commissionaires at the Dockyard and report to the DND Detachment Commander. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring that guard posts are manned per regulations, supervising training and disciplinary actions for staff, and liaising with emergency agencies on security incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise staffing and training of Commissionaires
• Maintain security posture and compliance with directives
• Recruit for specialized positions within Dockyard
• Investigate service satisfaction and complaint resolutions
• Conduct evaluations and performance counseling for personnel
Requirements:
• Completion of the Commissionaire Security Officer’s Course
• Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s license
