Summary: We are seeking a Bilingual Driver Trainer to deliver training, provide coaching, and evaluate drivers based on company training programs. This role focuses on adult learning techniques and ensures trainees meet performance standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Model professional behavior at all times.
• Clearly communicate behavioral expectations to trainees.
• Report schedules, attendance, and observations to the Training Coordinator.
• Deliver training using adult and accelerated learning techniques.
• Observe and provide coaching to improve trainee performance.
• Conduct final evaluations and coaching sessions at the end of training.
• Stay updated on company procedures and training methods.
• Collaborate with other trainers and managers on training needs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
