As an Electrical Foreman, you are responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and overseeing workflow within your assigned project crew while managing the day-to-day operations of the job site. This is a working leadership role in addition to your supervisory responsibilities; you may actively perform the duties of a licensed Journeyman Electrician—handling everything from initial layout to final execution alongside your team.
