EIT Program Overview

ENMAX is hiring new Electrical Engineering graduates to join our Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) Program beginning in September2026. You will have the opportunity to customize your own experience by choosing work rotations throughout ENMAX business units. This is an early career opportunity to launch your engineering career. You’ll build a solid foundation, grow your professional network, and contribute to meaningful work that makes an impact from day one.

Program Structure

You’ll work alongside industry experts and licensed Professional Engineers (P.Engs) on meaningful projects that drive our operations and support the communities we serve. The program gives you the opportunity to gain experience in multiple areas of ENMAX Power. You’ll complete multiple work rotations across different business units, giving you a well‑rounded view of how the electricity system works — from planning to operations.
