Electrical Designer (Automation)

SUMMARY

Our client is seeking an experienced automation Electrical Designer to join their team in Burlington, ON. This role plays a critical part in delivering engineered electrical solutions for automated laboratory systems within engineered-to-order (ETO) projects. The successful candidate will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal system performance, safety compliance, and project success from design through execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in electrical design or engineering environments
• Heat generation analysis experience
• Power distribution calculations experience
• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong AutoCAD experience (latest version)
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international electrical codes
