Electrical Engineering Role In Infrastructure Vancouver

This full‑time position invites individuals skilled in design, coordination, and effective teamwork within multidisciplinary settings. You will be responsible for developing power distribution system designs, I&C for SCADA, and preparing essential project documentation. Guidance and support to junior engineers will also be part of your role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive electrical design plans
• Support development of SCADA control systems
• Prepare designs, calculations, and specifications
• Conduct site inspections and assessments
• Facilitate mentorship for junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Skilled registration as P.Eng. in Alberta or BC
• Around 7 years of electrical engineering experience
• Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code requirements
• Possession of valid driver’s license and vehicle
