Hays Construction & Development is once again partnered with our long-time client, who is a specialist in electrical contracting. They work across public and private sectors and have been a dependable resource in the industry for decades. Your new role As an Electrical Estimator, you’ll take the lead on new construction, renovation, and design-build projects in the ICI sector—ranging from $10K to $10M. You’ll manage the full lifecycle of tenders, RFQs, and design-build opportunities from concept to close, working closely with operations and leadership to ensure successful project delivery. In this role you will have responsibilities for:

Analyze drawings, specs, and tender documents

Perform take-offs, pricing, and bid submissions

Lead bid closings and contract reviews

Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and clients

Manage budgets, schedules, and documentation
