We are searching for a talented Employee Relations | Labor Relations Senior Solutions Partner in Bogotá, Colombia.

Purpose

Supports Labor/Employee Relations Team Lead to provide a high level of service to employees and to other members of the Human Resources community. Works closely with ER Professional on all employee related issues. Serves as the first line contact to human resources by providing guidance and assistance to employees for policy inquiries and employee related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• The ER LR Senior Solutions Partner takes ownership of customer requests and resolves them independently or escalates them to a local ER/LR Professional (ERP) depending on the level of complexity.
• Contribute to any ERLR administration activities to ensure timely and effective management of ERLR cases within the region.
