Responsibilities

• Ensure product installations and maintenance.
• Continuously enhance the service center's processes.
• Train distributors as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• At least two years of specific service experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and good English skills.

The role is hybrid remote located in Usaquén, Cundinamarca, with a willingness to travel up to 50%.
