Engineering Duty Manager - Six Senses Con Dao
Description
**General Responsibilities**
+ Complete tasks assigned by the Chief Engineer/Assistant Chief Engineer.
+ Report to duty on time, in full uniform, and according to grooming standards.
+ Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment, ensuring timely corrective actions.
+ Maintain systems to handle daily guest requests efficiently.
+ Ensure sufficient spare parts inventory at all times.
+ Keep up-to-date knowledge of technical systems: water treatment, drainage, sewage, pools, kitchen equipment, fire alarms, and communication systems.
+ Assist in preparing duty rosters, vacation schedules, and public holiday plans.
+ Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs.
+ Coordinate with managers and colleagues; communicate organizational updates from senior management.
+ Track and report work progress using appropriate monitoring tools.
+ Support and report on energy conservation programs, ensuring updated energy consumption reports.
