Engineering Intern

Job Summary:
Flowserve is seeking an intern to act as an interface between the commercial area and other internal areas of Flowserve, managing the order book and hiring portals.
**Responsibilities**:
Ensuring order entry via the system and sales order creation;
Processing the order book, making all the necessary adjustments (price, payment term, agreed date, etc.) so that it can be available for invoicing;
Working to ensure timely deliveries, interacting with other areas to identify bottlenecks on a daily basis;
Informing and acting on any failures and complications that may occur in the order flow;
Identifying opportunities in the area and suggesting action plans for improving processes and indicators;
Daily interface with teams from: Sales, Finance, Logistics, Planning and Engineering;
Keeping the commercial area informed about the loading and delivery schedule of orders and requests for proposals;
