Job Details
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time. No option to work remotely. Responsibilities
Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs. Operate CADD and other computer software systems. Provide economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects. Project cash flow and financing requirements. Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems. Monitor and adjust contract expenditures. Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors. Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Qualifications
Gold Seal Membership in the Canadian Construction Association. Membership in the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors. Computer and technology knowledge including AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD). Experience in Civil, Commercial and/or industrial construction and Residential construction.
