Job Description

Albemarle is hiring for an Environmental Professional. This position is in-office and located in Silver Peak, Nevada.

What You Will Do

• Ensure that the Silver Peak site is in compliance with all applicable regulations and corporate policies.
• Disposal and management of waste products.
• Reclamation of land disturbed by the operation.
• Compliance and mitigation of the site's impact on wildlife.
• Control and mitigation of pollutants and effluents (air/water) that have an adverse impact on the natural environment.
• Management of special purpose grants and licenses to continue operation.
• Conduct root cause investigations and establish corrective actions.
• Conduct internal audits.
• Conduct process hazard analysis.
