Become a pivotal part of the People & Culture team as a Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Equity Engagement Specialist in a hybrid work setting. You will support comprehensive DIBE initiatives, training programs, and employee resource groups while driving cultural innovation.
In this full-time role, you will leverage your 3+ years of experience in equity-focused work to create an inclusive workplace. You'll be responsible for developing DIBE resources, training, and awareness campaigns that uplift diverse voices within the organization, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
