Description
Lead the evolution of ERP applications at corporate IT as an ERP Applications Manager focused on Order to Cash in Vancouver, BC. You'll drive both operational stability and project-based advancements.
This role requires ownership of the Order-to-Cash application portfolio, including JD Edwards and Oracle Transportation Management. You’ll mentor a team of over 10 analysts while ensuring high availability and compliance across applications. Your tasks will involve overseeing consultants for tier support and enhancing application functionality aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own design and maintenance of O2C applications
• Lead a team of technical analysts for O2C support
• Oversee performance of consultants and vendors
• Govern application portfolio and roadmap decisions
• Manage operational risk for application integrity
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
