Sr. Engineering Specialist to join our team in Aguascalientes.

A Day in the Life:

Daily review of operational KPIs, including production, quality, OEE, scrap, and line downtime, while participating in Tier Meetings to establish priorities and ensure compliance with the production plan.

Conduct Gemba walks to identify process deviations, provide immediate support for production and quality issues, and lead root cause analysis using methodologies such as 5 Whys and Ishikawa.
