Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives (VPA level), including calendar management, meeting planning, and correspondence handling.
- Coordinate and prepare documents for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure the processing of Executive expenses on Concur.
- Assist with the planning and logistics of social events, including venue selection, catering, and guest lists.
- Prepare materials for events and social committee meetings, including agendas and supporting documents.
- Maintain and organize digital files and folders.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and liaising with vendors.
- Assist and participate in executive meetings and special projects.
