Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executives (VPA level), including calendar management, meeting planning, and correspondence handling.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ensure the processing of Executive expenses on Concur.
  • Assist with the planning and logistics of social events, including venue selection, catering, and guest lists.
  • Prepare materials for events and social committee meetings, including agendas and supporting documents.
  • Maintain and organize digital files and folders.
  • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and liaising with vendors.
  • Assist and participate in executive meetings and special projects.
