Position: Executive Chef – Italian Cuisine
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Restaurant Type: High-End / Fine Dining Italian
Responsibilities
• Create and execute authentic & modern Italian menu
• Design fine-dining dishes (pasta, risotto, seafood, meats, desserts)
• Control food cost, portioning & wastage
• Train Pakistani kitchen team
• Maintain Michelin-level hygiene & presentation
• Handle supplier selection & ingredient standards
Requirements
• 8+ years experience in Italian fine dining kitchens
• Trained in Italy or Michelin-style restaurants
• Experience working in Middle East or Asia preferred
• Strong leadership & training ability
