Executive Director of Regional Advancement for Eastern Region

Position Purpose

The Executive Director is responsible for individually securing and stewarding restricted and unrestricted gifts from assigned individuals capable of making $500,000+ gifts in support of Dartmouth College’s institutional priorities with key alumni and parents in the region, while leading the regional team to secure and steward gifts of $100,000+ averaging ~$25M-$35M a year in restricted gifts and ~$10M-$15M a year in Annual Fund gifts Develops and executes on a regional philanthropy strategy in the region, working across multiple departments in development to coordinate a comprehensive plan for annual, leadership, and principal gifts. Works in coordination with Associate Vice President for Development (AVP) to implement sophisticated, integrated, efficient, and impactful presence across all Dartmouth constituents in the Eastern region.
