We’re Hiring: Part-Time Marketing and Operations Executive Assistant (Remote)

We’re looking for a senior, execution-driven Operations / Executive Assistant to support a founder during a critical 5-week launch sprint and early growth phase. This is not a junior or task-based VA role. You’ll own follow-through, prioritize independently, and keep revenue‑critical ops moving while the founder focuses on strategy.

What you’ll do

• Own follow-ups: leads, partnerships, sponsors, webinar scheduling
• Support launch & cohort operations: funnels, onboarding, calendars, Zoom
• Assist with revenue-driven ops: partner pipeline tracking, affiliates, sponsor coordination
