Canadian Energy Metals seeks an Experienced Controller to oversee financial reporting and accounting leadership. This role allows you to shape the financial landscape in a growing organization.
You'll report to the CFO, establishing effective processes and direct involvement in daily accounting operations. With your CPA and extensive experience, you will ensure compliance and manage the financial health of the company, preparing it for future developments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review financial statements and working papers under IFRS
• Oversee the year-end close process completely
• Manage daily activities in accounts payable and receivable
• Guide the annual budget and multi-year forecasting
• Develop accounting policies and internal controls
Requirements:
• CPA designation is a must
• 5–10 years of significant accounting experience
