Expert HSE Manager in General Contracting
Description
Become the Health and Safety Manager for a leading general contractor. Oversee HSE systems, maintain compliance, and ensure the highest safety standards.
As an experienced manager, you'll supervise safety programs, providing recommendations and ensuring the organization’s commitment to safety. This role covers QMS management, compliance audits, and implementing corrective actions focused on improving safety excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor HSE Coordinators and enhance safety culture
• Establish integrated HSE and Quality Management Systems
• Conduct audits and manage compliance with safety standards
• Advise on actionable HSE initiatives across the site
• Report and improve on HSE performance metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or diploma in a relevant field
• 7+ years in HSE management, at least 3 in construction
• Preferred certifications: CRSP or CSP
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and ISO standards
