Join the leading CPG company as a Health & Safety Coordinator through Adecco in Brantford, ON. This full-time position focuses on compliance, safety training, and employee engagement in a 18-20 month contract.
You will support Ferrero’s Health & Safety management systems while ensuring a safe working environment. This role includes developing site-specific training for various safety topics and managing WSIB claims. You'll actively participate in improvements within workplace safety and compliance, promoting a proactive safety culture among employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create annual training calendars for safety programs
• Manage WSIB claims and communicate with stakeholders
• Support safety investigations for all incidents
• Assist in implementing Group Safety initiatives
