Your main responsibilities
Schindler Elevator Corporation is seeking a highly motivated intern to assist our Modernization Field Operations team in New York City. This internship will provide undergraduate college students with the opportunity to learn and develop experience with our field operations business.
Partnering with local Sales Representatives, Project Managers, and Field Superintendents, this intern will be responsible for the following:
+ Join team members on jobsite surveys to assist in data gathering and recording, as well and organizing pictures, notes in job folders
+ Organizing and consolidating submittal packages
+ Drawings, PO requisitions schedules
+ Collecting and organizing customer, vendor meeting minutes
+ Delivery of small local materials to job sites
+ Safety equipment ordering
