Job Summary

ATS Life Sciences , a division of ATS Corporation, designs, builds and services critical automated solutions for medical device and pharmaceutical companies. We are seeking a Field Service Representative – Controls Lead to manage a team of service representatives and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administration and delegation of work for team members according to their skill and experience.
• Collaborate with the Service Applications Engineering team to support proposals and own jobs from concept through life‑time support.
• Plan with the Technical Service Manager to meet budgets and manage overtime within departmental requirements.
• Ensure the group works safely and achieves no lost time accidents.
• Create a positive, motivating team environment and address performance issues such as absenteeism, attitude, workmanship and efficiency.
