Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
Field supervisor is accountable for the dispatch, efficiency and discipline of all field technicians assigned to her or him. This person must possess a deep knowledge of construction equipment repair processes and dispatch organizational skills. Customer relations and customer satisfaction are also key ingredients of the job.
Basic Duties
The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for all field service activity in his territory . Responsibilities include the following.
